template and images files

Hello:
I download the source file from http://github.com/tony-landis/agilebill/archives/master
Then, I try to install AGILE BILL but I got this message:
Step 1: Checking file permissions... failed!

Directory Permission Problem Detected:
The directory `includes/smarty/templates/` must be set set to writable. [ERROR-2]

Directory Permission Problem Detected:
The directory `includes/images/` must be set set to writable. [ERROR-2]

I donot find these folders in the downloaded source file `includes/smarty/templates/` and `includes/images/`
Can you give me the source file included "templates" and "images" folders?

I believe that I had this problem too.

I simply just created the directories manually and chmodded them 666.
